Villa is located 500 m from the center of Nedeščina with mini market, restaurant-pizzeria, coffee bar and post office. Guests can enjoy the view of the vineyard from which we get the wine Istrian Malvasia, whose drops with a good bite create a magical feeling. In an oasis of peace, surrounded by greenery, waking up to the chirping of birds, not far from the sea landscape, our house offers the perfect opportunity for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

The beautiful villa Mattina was built in 2015 with a modern Istrian style of construction, and with its 210 m2 of living space offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people. The villa has four bedrooms that include 3 double beds and 4 single beds, and has 4 bathrooms, one of which is a bathroom with a shower and three bathrooms with a bathtub. As additional facilities, the villa offers a separate toilet, washing machine and iron.

On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa, TV and coffee table, and from the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and greenery garden. If children come with you, it is possible to use high chair and baby cot with prior request.
Near the living room is a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and preparing your favorite dishes. Also, near the living room and kitchen is a dining table for 10 people.

This villa is special because it has a pool area of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m with a paved beach around the pool of over 90 m2 and a covered terrace of 43 m2.

Next to the pool there are 8 sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table with 10 seats next to which there is an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal.

For children, you have at your disposal a trampoline, a swing and a slide in the garden.

An equipped fitness room is also at your disposal.

The size of the plot is over 1200 m2 and there are also 2 covered parking spaces.
